A basic massage with Kristina is anything but ordinary. Kristina integrates many styles of massage in to a style uniquely her own. Her style of touch is very grounded and never fluffy. With her magical touch, she is able to work into the deepest muscle layers without the pain that is sometimes associated with deep work. She is able to do this because she works very slowly, inviting and allowing time for muscles and tension to melt. She is able to accomplish this deep relaxation with light or deep pressure to meet client preference, but her pressure would generally be described as moderate. Most clients describe the pressure is “just right” - - for them.

She also uses a generous amount of the highest quality Wisdom of the Earth essential oils in all of her sessions, as they each contribute their own unique healing gifts (on both the physical and the etheric realms) in addition to the physical tissue work. They are such a significant contribution to sessions that they are not an “add on”, although requests not to use them will of course be honored. Kristina’s way of incorporating the essences is similar to “rain drop therapy” which is a generally a standalone aromatherapy treatment. So not only will you receive an exceptional massage, you will also be receiving a healing aromatherapy treatment…. at the same time.

and….. If you would like to just take your session over the top…. consider asking for yet another signature element of kristina’s gifts to be included into your session ~ the multidimensional tones of the crystal bowls. bringing in these frequencies adds another dimension that encourages your system to receive bodywork at a whole new level without a full sound healing session (choose a holographic sound healing session for that). it only requires about 5 - 15 minutes of time with the crystal bowls to dramatically increase how much more your system can receive in one session. there is no add-on cost to experience this all, it’s simply a matter of having enough time booked to accommodate and integrate it all without feeling rushed. simply ask for the crystal bowls to be included in your session so kristina can set them up before you arrive.

integrating all of these modalities is what makes kristina’s work so unique and so special. more than one client has expressed their experience as a “massage for the soul.” :) the result is that clients feel relaxed on the deepest levels. and smell absolutely amazing! hence the name, heaven and earth therapeutic massage.

Extended treatment time beyond a typical whole body 60-minute sports massage is strongly encouraged to accommodate enough time to integrate these modalities ~ therapeutic massage, an aromatherapy treatment, and to experience the power of crystal bowls (if desired). Because of her unique way of working with tissue, Kristina recommends booking at least 90 minutes, and prefers 120 minutes for massage alone. She offers 60 and 75 minute sessions, however they simply do not allow enough time for a satisfying full body deep tissue massage. They are available for clients that prefer to work on a focused area, such as just legs or just upper body. They are ideal for a nervous system reset with work focused on the neck and head. She feels that working with the head and spine is where most of the magic happens, so she loves working on these areas and they have become an area of specialty for her.

Please note that the time reserved for your session is inclusive of all conversations before and after your treatment. Kristina loves bringing in all of her modalities too, it is simply a matter time available that you book for your session. She honors that it simply takes a certain amount of time to give a satisfying massage, so please choose your session length accordingly. please book at least 120 minutes If you are interested in discussing a situation in depth, receiving guidance/coaching/recommendations for essential oils, or including other modalities in your treatment such as castor oil treatments. Questions after sessions such as “which essential oils do you recommend for me to work with” usually leads in to an in depth conversation that becomes an essential oil consultation. these conversations are welcome, and it might simply require scheduling more time at another date to be continued. kristina loves to be offer guidance on any number of questions and so easy to get carried away! and …. it’s only a matter of having enough time scheduled. that is why personal retreats are another unique option… to have enough time to get to all the things in a powerful, integrated, and cohesive way.

Ideal for clients visiting Boulder for to experience the best of the best of what Kristina offers in hands on bodywork. Sessions are most often given in her office in central Boulder, however she is able to travel to you within the Front Range area for an additional travel fee. It is strongly encouraged to reserve time, space and hydration for the body to process after these (and all) sessions.
